Shipping policy

At Senix Tools New Zealand, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, securely, and in perfect condition. Please review the information below to understand our shipping timeframes and delivery terms.


1. Local Courier (From Albany) within NZ

  • We mostly use Post Haste Couriers as our courier service.
  • Allow 1-2 business days for standard North Island shipping and 2-4 business days for the South Island.

  • Rural Address, please add business 2 days.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.

  • Once your order has left the warehouse it is at the mercy of the couriers. Please check your tracking information and contact the couriers if it has not arrived when expected.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

  • Allow 1-2 business days for standard North Island shipping and 2-4 business days for the South Island.
  • Rural Address, please add business 2 days.
  • We try our best to get your orders out to you ASAP, however, during our peak times (Christmas, First of the month etc), we may need an extra day to process them.
  • These estimates are for a perfect world when courier companies work on time and have good weather on their side.

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS AFTER I ORDER?

  • We can’t change addresses in the system once your order has been placed, however, send an email to info@senixnz.co.nz or call us in-store and we will endeavour to change the address.

IN STORE PICK UP / CLICK & COLLECT

  • We offer click & collect 
  • This is contactless, please order online and choose Pick-Up.
  • You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
  • Collection can be made during opening hours at
     1/63 Corinthian Drive, Albany, Auckland

WHERE IS MY ORDER: 

  • Once your order has been shipped you will receive a Shipment Order Email. This will have a link to your tracking details, you can use this link to find the location of your parcel and contact the courier company to see how far away it is.
  • If you have not received a confirmation email within 24hrs, please check your junk box in your email, as some times we need to get in touch with you and emails do happen to end up in there!

2. Bulk or Heavy Orders (Over 25 kg / 0.125m3)

  • Delivery Time: 3–5 working days


Order Processing Times

  • Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours of being placed.

  • Orders received after 12:00 pm are processed on the next business day.

  • We use Poste Haste, New Zealand Couriers or NZ Post for domestic deliveries. For rural addresses, a third-party carrier may be used.

  • Superfreight handles bulk shipments over 25 kg or 0.125m3, whichever is greater.

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).


Delivery Timeframes & Conditions

Delivery timeframes are provided as best estimates and are not a guarantee.

  • We cannot accept claims for late delivery, regardless of the reason.

  • Delivery times may be affected by statutory holidays, during which couriers do not operate.

  • Delays may also be caused by severe weather preventing the ferry crossing Cook Straight. 

Signature Requirement

For security, all goods are sent “Signature Required.”

If you prefer delivery without a signature, you must contact the courier or freight company directly to complete and sign an Authority to Leave form. This will transfer responsibility for the parcel to you once it is delivered.


Quality Control & Inspection on Delivery

Every order is carefully checked before leaving our premises to ensure it’s in pristine condition.

On delivery, please inspect your order before signing. If you notice any damage to the packaging, make sure to note this on the driver’s run sheet or consignment note.


Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, we will lodge and manage a claim with the transport company on your behalf promptly and professionally.
